What happens on a discovery call?
It is a 30 minute call with Sukant or Saumya. We ask about your goals, data and systems, share how we would approach it and tell you honestly whether we are the right fit. There is no pitch deck.
Can we sign an NDA before we share details?
Yes. Send us your NDA, or ask for ours, and we will sign it before the call so you can talk openly about your data and plans.
How quickly will you reply?
Within one business day. Every first reply comes from a founder, not a sales team.
We are not in India. Will time zones be a problem?
No. Our team is online from 08:30 to 22:30 IST in staggered shifts, so we overlap with working hours in the US, Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. See the live overlap for your market on our regions page.
I am an existing client. Where do I go for support?
Email support@sundaylabs.io. It reaches the team running your engagement, and urgent issues follow the escalation matrix in your agreement.
Can we contract with a US company?
Yes. Clients in the United States can contract with Sunday Labs Tech, Inc., our Delaware company.
What should we send before the call?
A few lines on what you want to change, the systems and data involved, and any deadline. That is enough for us to come prepared.
