AI implementation services

AI implementation, from pilot to P&L.

We take AI from a promising idea to a system your people use every day: the right use case, the data underneath, the build, the integration into your tools, the rollout and the running costs. One senior team, accountable for the outcome.

The problem

Why most AI implementations stall.

Most AI programmes stop somewhere between pilot and P&L. It is rarely the model. It is everything around it.

01

Data that is not ready

The data the use case needs is scattered, incomplete or locked in systems nobody planned to connect.

02

Pilots that never leave the lab

A demo works on clean examples, then fails on real documents, real permissions and real volumes.

03

Workflows left unchanged

AI is bolted onto an old process, so people work around it and the expected savings never show up.

04

Nobody owns the outcome

IT owns the platform, the business owns the target and the vendor owns the code. The result belongs to no one.

The implementation path

Six stages, one accountable team.

Every stage ends with something you can use or decide on. You can start at whichever stage fits where you are.

01 · Weeks 1 to 2

Readiness and use cases

Ranked use cases scored on value, feasibility and risk, plus a clear view of data, systems and skills.

02 · Weeks 2 to 3

Value case and design

One business metric, a target architecture, an evaluation plan and the guardrails, agreed before the build.

03 · Weeks 2 to 6

Data foundations

Pipelines, quality checks and access controls for the data the use case depends on, and nothing more.

04 · Weeks 3 to 8

Build and integrate

The model, agent or copilot, wired into your ERP, CRM, ticketing or product, shipped in weekly demos.

05 · From week 8

Launch and adoption

A staged rollout, training for the people who use it, and the process changes that make the savings real.

06 · Ongoing

Run and improve

Monitoring for quality, drift and cost, new use cases on the same foundations, and a monthly review.

FAQ

Questions about AI implementation.

What does AI implementation include?
Everything between an idea and a system people use every day: choosing the use case, preparing the data, building and evaluating the model or agent, integrating it with your systems, rolling it out with training, and running it with monitoring and cost control.
How long does it take to implement AI?
A readiness sprint takes about two weeks. A first use case usually reaches a production pilot in about eight weeks from kickoff, with real users and real data. Rolling out to more teams and use cases then continues in waves. The exact timeline depends mostly on data access and integrations.
How much does AI implementation cost?
Readiness sprints and production pilots are fixed-fee, so you know the price before we start, and scaling and running are monthly retainers. The cost depends on scope, data readiness, integrations and how many teams will use the system. After the discovery call we give you a written fixed price for the first phase.
Do we need perfect data before we start?
No. During readiness we check the data the first use case needs and fix only what it depends on. Data quality then improves one use case at a time, instead of waiting for a large clean-up programme.
Will this work with our existing systems and vendors?
Yes. We are platform agnostic and integrate with the cloud, data platforms, ERP, CRM and tools you already use. There is no lock-in: once invoices are settled, you own the code, models and IP.
Who will work on our implementation?
A squad of two to four senior people, led by an engineer from companies like Amazon, Google or Microsoft (not affiliated with or endorsed by them). A founder scopes the work, reviews it every week and signs off before anything reaches production.
