Cybersecurity Services

Security that keeps pace with how you build and run software.

We help enterprises find and fix the weaknesses that matter, build security into how software is shipped and keep watch once it is live. The same senior team that builds AI, data and cloud platforms for our clients does the security work, so the advice fits the systems you actually run.

The problem

Why security programmes so often fall behind.

01

Reports that nobody acts on

A test produces a long PDF of findings with no priority and no owner. Six months later the same issues appear in the next report.

02

Security added at the end

Checks happen just before release, when fixing anything is slow and expensive, so risks get accepted to hit the date.

03

Audits that take over the year

Every ISO 27001, SOC 2 or regulator review turns into weeks of chasing screenshots and rewriting policies nobody follows.

04

New risks from AI

Copilots and agents now read internal documents and act on systems. Most security programmes have not caught up with what can go wrong.

What we deliver

Six practices, one accountable team.

Start with the area that worries you most. Each practice works on its own and fits with the others as your programme grows.

01

Security assessment and penetration testing

Testing of web and mobile apps, APIs, cloud accounts and internal networks, with findings ranked by real risk and retested after you fix them.

  • VAPT
  • Threat modelling
  • Retesting
02

Cloud and infrastructure security

Posture reviews and hardening for AWS, Azure and GCP, including identity, Kubernetes, network design, secrets and logging.

  • Cloud posture
  • IAM
  • Kubernetes
03

Application security and DevSecOps

Security built into your delivery pipeline: code scanning, dependency checks, secrets detection, secure code review and developer training.

  • SAST
  • SCA
  • Secure SDLC
04

Security compliance and audit readiness

Gap assessments, policies, controls and evidence for ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, DPDP Act, RBI and SEBI requirements, ready for your auditor.

  • ISO 27001
  • SOC 2
  • DPDP Act
05

Security operations and incident response

SIEM and SOC set up and run with you, 24x7 alert triage, vulnerability management and an incident response plan that has been rehearsed.

  • SOC
  • SIEM
  • Incident response
06

AI security and LLM risk

Testing and controls for copilots, RAG systems and agents: prompt injection, data leakage, tool permissions and guardrails.

  • Prompt injection
  • LLM red teaming
  • Guardrails

How we deliver

From first conversation to a programme you can run.

Every step ends with something you can act on, not just a report to file.

Always included

  • A named senior lead who stays with you from scoping to retest
  • Every finding ranked by risk, with clear fix guidance and a retest once you have fixed it
  • Reports, configurations and runbooks documented and owned by you
  • A founder reviewing the work every week, and an NDA signed before we touch anything

Typical tools

  • OWASP
  • NIST CSF
  • MITRE ATT&CK
  • CIS Benchmarks
  • ISO 27001
  • SOC 2
  • Burp Suite
  • Microsoft Sentinel
01
Weeks 1 to 2

Scope and baseline

We learn what you run, what you must comply with and what worries you most.

  • Inventory of applications, cloud accounts and data
  • Review of existing controls, policies and past findings
  • Agree priorities and rules of engagement in writing
02
Weeks 2 to 4

Assess

We test and review the areas that carry the most risk first.

  • Testing and configuration reviews in agreed windows
  • Critical findings shared the same day, not saved for the report
  • Findings ranked by likelihood and business impact
03
Weeks 4 to 8

Fix and harden

We work with your engineers to close the gaps, not just list them.

  • Fix guidance and pairing with your teams
  • Retests to confirm each fix
  • Controls and checks added so issues do not return
04
Ongoing

Run and improve

Security becomes part of how you operate, fully managed or co-managed with your team.

  • Monitoring, vulnerability management and audit evidence
  • Regular retesting as systems change
  • Quarterly reviews of risk and priorities with leadership

FAQ

Questions we hear a lot.

Where should we start if we have never had a security review?
Usually with a short scoping conversation and a baseline assessment of your most exposed systems: the public web app, APIs and cloud accounts. That gives you a ranked list of what to fix first and a clear view of which practice to bring in next, instead of starting a large programme on assumptions.
Which frameworks and standards do you work with?
We test against OWASP guidance and map threats to MITRE ATT&CK, harden against CIS Benchmarks and structure programmes on the NIST Cybersecurity Framework. For compliance we prepare clients for ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, India's DPDP Act and RBI, SEBI and CERT-In requirements. For AI systems we use the OWASP Top 10 for LLM applications and the NIST AI RMF.
Do you replace our in-house security team?
Only if you want us to. Many teams choose a co-managed model, where your team keeps ownership of decisions and we add senior depth, round-the-clock cover or specialist testing. If you do not have a security team yet, we can run it fully managed and help you hire or hand over when you are ready.
Can you help with the security of our AI and GenAI systems?
Yes, and it is one of the reasons clients come to us. We build copilots, RAG systems and agents ourselves, so we test them the way they actually fail: prompt injection, leaking data across users, agents taking actions they should not and weak controls on models and data sources.
Do you work with regulated industries such as banking and healthcare?
Yes. We regularly work with financial services and healthcare teams, and we plan work around the rules they operate under, including RBI and SEBI requirements for regulated entities in India, HIPAA in the US and GDPR in Europe. We prepare you for audits and regulator reviews; certification and formal audit opinions come from your accredited auditor.
Can you guarantee we will not be breached?
No one honestly can. What we can do is find and fix the weaknesses most likely to be used against you, shorten the time it takes to spot an attack and make sure your team knows exactly what to do when something goes wrong.
