Please read these Terms carefully. They set out the rules for using the Sunday Labs website. Consulting engagements are covered by a separate written agreement.
Acceptance of terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of sundaylabs.io (the “Site”), operated by Magic Blooms Media Private Limited under the brand Sunday Labs (“Sunday Labs”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Our services
Sunday Labs provides consulting services in artificial intelligence, data engineering, analytics, digital transformation and related areas. Information on the Site is a general description of those services and does not constitute an offer.
Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement, such as a master services agreement and statement of work (“Engagement Agreement”). If there is any conflict between these Terms and an Engagement Agreement, the Engagement Agreement prevails.
Use of the site
You agree not to:
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or any connected systems;
- introduce malware or interfere with the Site’s operation or security;
- scrape, harvest or systematically extract content from the Site without our written consent, including for the purpose of training AI models; or
- impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, the Sunday Labs name and marks, designs and code, are owned by or licensed to Magic Blooms Media Private Limited and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own internal, non-commercial reference. Any other use requires our prior written permission.
Ownership of deliverables created during an engagement is set out in the relevant Engagement Agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, clients own the custom work product created specifically for them once all fees are paid, and we retain our pre-existing tools, know-how and general methods.
Confidentiality
Please do not send confidential information through the Site’s contact form. We are happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before any detailed discussion. Information shared during an engagement is protected under the confidentiality terms of the Engagement Agreement.
AI-generated content
Our work may involve AI systems that produce probabilistic outputs. While we design, test and evaluate these systems carefully, AI outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete. Clients remain responsible for reviewing outputs and for decisions made using them, particularly in regulated or high-impact contexts.
No professional advice
Content on the Site, including articles and examples, is provided for general information only. It is not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice and should not be relied upon as such. Examples and outcome figures on the Site are illustrative targets and not guarantees of results.
Third-party links and services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and references to third-party platforms and trademarks, which belong to their respective owners. Their mention does not imply endorsement or partnership unless expressly stated. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magic Blooms Media Private Limited and its directors, employees and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed INR 10,000. Liability for services is governed exclusively by the relevant Engagement Agreement.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Magic Blooms Media Private Limited and its affiliates from any claims, losses or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these Terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any dispute-resolution clause in an Engagement Agreement, the courts at Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
