If your AI systems process digital personal data of people in India, it very likely does. We help you map where personal data is used and what needs to change. This is general information, not legal advice, so we work alongside your legal team.
Do we need an AI governance framework if we are just starting?
A light one, yes. Agreeing early on which data can be used, who approves new use cases and who is accountable saves a lot of rework later. We keep it proportionate to your size and risk.
How do you make sure people actually adopt the change?
We involve the teams who do the work from the start, pilot with one team before rolling out, and measure adoption and outcomes rather than training attendance.
