Cloud & Infrastructure Security

A cloud estate that is secure by default, not by luck.

We review and harden your AWS, Azure and GCP accounts, from identity and network design to Kubernetes, secrets and logging. Then we put guardrails in code, so new resources start secure and drift is caught early.

The problem

Why cloud estates drift into risk.

01

Permissions that grew without a plan

Engineers and services collect access over years. Nobody can say who can delete production or read customer data.

02

One misconfiguration away from exposure

A public storage bucket, an open database port or a forgotten test environment is all it takes.

03

Kubernetes nobody fully understands

Clusters run with default settings, privileged containers and secrets in plain text because hardening was never prioritised.

04

Logs that are not there when needed

When something looks wrong, the logs are missing, short-lived or spread across accounts nobody watches.

What we deliver

Cloud security, built into the platform.

We work inside the cloud you already use and fix issues in your infrastructure code, so the improvements last.

01

Cloud posture review and management

A full review of your accounts against CIS Benchmarks and provider best practice, then continuous posture checks so new issues are flagged.

  • CSPM
  • CIS
  • Drift detection
02

Identity and least privilege

Roles and policies cut back to what people and services need, with SSO, MFA, break-glass access and regular access reviews.

  • IAM
  • SSO
  • Least privilege
03

Kubernetes and container security

Cluster hardening, pod security, image scanning, network policies and runtime detection for EKS, AKS, GKE and self-managed clusters.

  • Kubernetes
  • Containers
  • Runtime
04

Network segmentation and zero trust

Private networking, segmented environments and identity-aware access in place of flat networks and shared VPNs.

  • VPC design
  • Zero trust
  • Segmentation
05

Secrets and key management

Secrets moved out of code and config into managed vaults, with rotation, encryption keys you control and audit trails.

  • Vault
  • KMS
  • Rotation
06

Secure landing zones and logging

Multi-account foundations with guardrails, central logging and alerting, written as infrastructure code your team owns.

  • Landing zones
  • Terraform
  • Central logging

How we deliver

From review to guardrails in code.

We fix the biggest risks first, then make sure they cannot quietly come back.

Always included

  • A named senior lead who stays with you from scoping to retest
  • Every finding ranked by risk, with clear fix guidance and a retest once you have fixed it
  • Reports, configurations and runbooks documented and owned by you
  • A founder reviewing the work every week, and an NDA signed before we touch anything

Typical tools

  • AWS Security Hub
  • Microsoft Defender for Cloud
  • Google Security Command Center
  • Terraform
  • HashiCorp Vault
  • Prowler
  • Falco
  • Open Policy Agent

Weeks 1 to 2

Posture review

We map your accounts, identities and workloads and check them against a clear baseline.

  • Read-only access to every account in scope
  • Automated and manual configuration review
  • Ranked list of risks with quick wins marked
02
Weeks 2 to 3

Target design

A secure design for identity, networks, logging and accounts that fits how your teams work.

  • Account structure and guardrails
  • Identity and access model
  • Logging, retention and alerting plan
03
Weeks 3 to 8

Harden and codify

Fixes made in infrastructure code with your engineers, in small, safe steps.

  • Critical misconfigurations fixed first
  • Policies and guardrails as code
  • Secrets moved into managed vaults
04
Ongoing

Monitor and run

Continuous posture checks and support, fully managed or co-managed.

  • Posture and drift alerts triaged
  • Access reviews on a regular schedule
  • Security reviews of new architecture

FAQ

Questions we hear a lot.

We use more than one cloud. Can you cover all of them?
Yes. We work across AWS, Azure and GCP and apply one baseline across all of them, so you get a single view of risk instead of three different reports. Where a provider's native tools do the job well, we use them rather than adding another product.
Will hardening break our applications?
Not if it is done carefully. We test changes in lower environments first, roll out in small steps, use audit-only modes before enforcing policies and agree a rollback plan for every change that touches production.
What does least privilege mean in practice?
Every person and service gets only the access it needs, for as long as it needs it. In practice that means role-based access through SSO, no long-lived access keys, separate production access with approval and regular reviews that remove what is no longer used.
Do we need a cloud security posture management tool?
Often, but not always a new one. Provider tools such as AWS Security Hub, Defender for Cloud and Security Command Center cover a lot. We recommend a third-party tool only when you have several clouds or needs the native tools do not meet.
Can you secure our Kubernetes clusters?
Yes. We review cluster configuration, workload security, network policies, image supply chain and access, then fix what matters and add runtime detection so you can see suspicious behaviour in running containers.
