Cloud Management & FinOps

A cloud estate that is run well and paid for sensibly.

We run your AWS, Azure and GCP accounts day to day: patching, backups, access, capacity and cost. Every month you see what changed, what it cost and what we plan to fix next.

The problem

Why cloud estates drift.

01

Bills nobody can explain

Spend grows every quarter, but nobody can say which team, product or customer is driving it.

02

Idle and oversized resources

Test environments run all weekend, instances are sized for a launch that ended long ago and old snapshots pile up.

03

Commitments bought by guesswork

Reservations and savings plans are either skipped or bought without usage data, so money is wasted both ways.

04

Operations by whoever is free

Patching, backups and access reviews happen when someone remembers, which is usually after an incident.

What we deliver

Cloud operations and cost, in one service.

We look after the estate and the bill together, because most cost problems are really operations problems.

01

Day-to-day cloud operations

Patching, backups, capacity, access requests and account hygiene across your cloud accounts, tracked in your ticketing tool.

  • AWS
  • Azure
  • GCP
02

Cost visibility and allocation

Tagging standards and dashboards that show spend by team, product and environment, so every cost has an owner.

  • Tagging
  • Showback
  • Dashboards
03

Rightsizing and clean-up

Regular reviews of instances, storage, databases and idle resources, with changes agreed before we make them.

  • Rightsizing
  • Scheduling
  • Clean-up
04

Commitment planning

Reservations and savings plans bought on real usage data, reviewed as your workload changes.

  • Reservations
  • Savings plans
  • Forecasts
05

Anomaly alerts and budgets

Budgets per team and alerts on unusual spend, so a runaway job is caught in hours, not at month end.

  • Anomalies
  • Alerts
06

Governance and guardrails

Policies that stop untagged, public or oversized resources being created in the first place.

  • Policies
  • Landing zones
  • Guardrails

FAQ

Questions we hear a lot.

Which clouds do you manage?
AWS, Azure and GCP, including estates that use more than one. We work inside your own accounts, so you keep ownership of the infrastructure and the billing relationship with your provider.
Will you make changes without asking us?
No. We agree approval rules upfront. Routine work such as patching follows a schedule you sign off, and anything that affects cost commitments, architecture or availability is approved by you first.
How do you reduce cloud cost?
We start by making spend visible by team and product, then remove idle resources, rightsize what is oversized and buy commitments on real usage data. We work to reduce waste every month, and we report what changed and why in the service review.
What is the difference between fully managed, co-managed and on-demand pods?
Fully managed means we run cloud operations end to end against agreed SLAs. Co-managed means our engineers work alongside your team, often covering specific accounts, nights or weekends while your people keep ownership. On-demand pods are senior specialists for a defined piece of work, such as a cost audit or a landing zone build, billed per sprint.
Can we start with a cost review only?
Yes. Many teams start with an on-demand pod that reviews spend and fixes the obvious waste, then decide whether they want ongoing management.
