SRE, Monitoring & 24x7 Support

Someone is watching your systems, day and night.

We monitor your production systems around the clock, respond to incidents against agreed SLA targets and work to stop the same problem happening twice. You get SLOs, runbooks and a written post-mortem for every serious incident.

The problem

Why incidents keep hurting.

01

Customers find outages first

Monitoring exists, but alerts go to an inbox nobody watches at night, so customers report problems before your team sees them.

02

Alert noise

Hundreds of alerts fire every week, most of them meaningless, so the important ones get missed.

03

Burned-out on-call

The same few engineers get woken up every night, and incidents depend on who happens to answer.

04

The same incidents, again

Issues are fixed in the moment but never followed up, so they come back a few weeks later.

What we deliver

Reliability as a daily practice.

We combine round-the-clock cover with the engineering work that makes incidents rarer and shorter.

01

24x7 monitoring and on-call

Engineers watching your systems and responding to alerts at any hour, with clear hand-offs between shifts.

03

Observability

Metrics, logs and traces set up so problems can be found quickly, using your existing tools where possible.

FAQ

Questions we hear a lot.

What are your SLA targets?
Our standard targets are: P1 (production down or data at risk) 15 minutes to respond and 4 hours to resolve; P2 (major feature degraded, no workaround) 30 minutes and 8 hours; P3 (issue with a workaround) 4 hours and 3 days; P4 (questions, minor bugs and requests) 1 day and the next release. Final targets are agreed in your contract.
Do you really cover nights, weekends and holidays?
Yes. Fully managed plans include round-the-clock monitoring and on-call. Co-managed plans can cover only the hours your team does not, such as nights, weekends or public holidays.
What is the difference between fully managed, co-managed and on-demand pods for SRE?
Fully managed means we own monitoring, on-call and incident response against agreed SLAs. Co-managed means we share on-call rotations and runbooks with your engineers, who keep ownership. On-demand pods suit a defined project, such as setting up observability or SLOs, billed per sprint.
How are SLAs measured and reported?
SLAs are tracked in your ticketing system from the moment an incident is raised. We report response and resolution times, uptime and incident trends in the monthly service review.
Can you support AI and data systems too?
Yes. We monitor data pipelines, warehouses and ML models in production, including data freshness, quality, drift and model performance, alongside your applications.
