Onshore & Onsite Delivery

In the room when it matters.

Some work goes better face to face: discovery workshops, architecture decisions, launches and the weeks when a lot is changing at once. For those phases, our founders and lead engineers work with your team on site, backed by the wider team in India.

The problem

Why this work usually stalls.

01

Discovery done over video

The real workflow, the workarounds and the politics rarely come out in a call.

02

Launches without the builders

Go-live is when questions come fastest, and waiting for another time zone hurts most.

03

Stakeholders who need to meet the team

Boards, regulators and senior leaders often want to sit across the table from the people accountable.

04

Change that needs a human touch

New tools and processes land better when the people behind them are present.

FAQ

Questions we hear a lot.

Do you have engineers based in our country?
Our team is based in Gurugram, India. For onshore work, our founders and lead engineers travel to work with you in person for the phases that need it, while the rest of the squad builds from India.
Which phases are best done on site?
Discovery, key architecture decisions, launches and training usually benefit most. Day-to-day building works well remotely with live overlap.
Can we contract with a US company?
Yes. US clients can contract with Sunday Labs Tech, Inc., our Delaware company.
How are travel costs handled?
We agree onsite phases and travel costs upfront as part of the proposal, so there are no surprises.
