Hybrid Onshore-Offshore

The best of onsite and offshore, in one team.

Most clients get the best results from a mix: our leads with you in person for discovery, big decisions and launches, and a senior squad in India building between those moments. It is one team with one plan, not two vendors handing work across a time zone.

The problem

Why this work usually stalls.

01

All onsite is expensive

Keeping a full team on site for months costs far more than the work needs.

02

All offshore can feel distant

Without in-person moments, trust and context take longer to build.

03

Two vendors, one blame game

Splitting onshore and offshore work between firms creates handover gaps and finger-pointing.

04

Knowledge stuck in one place

When only one side understands the system, every change waits on them.

FAQ

Questions we hear a lot.

How do you decide the onsite and offshore split?
We agree it during scoping based on how much discovery, change management and stakeholder work the project needs. It usually starts heavier onsite and shifts offshore as things stabilise.
Is the onsite team different from the offshore team?
No. Our founders and lead engineers travel, and they are part of the same squad that builds from India.
Does hybrid cost more than offshore?
Onsite time adds travel and time, so it costs more than pure offshore, but far less than a fully onsite team. We agree the mix and cost upfront.
Can we change the mix later?
Yes. We review it monthly and adjust as the project moves from discovery to build to run.
