Dedicated Team

Your own senior squad, without building it from scratch.

A dedicated team is a full squad that works only on your product: a lead engineer, the specialists you need and a founder accountable for the outcome. It behaves like an in-house team, without the months of hiring and the cost of building one.

The problem

Why this work usually stalls.

01

Building a team takes a year

Hiring a lead, then specialists, then getting them to work together, delays the product.

02

Shared teams lose focus

Agencies that juggle many clients move your work down the list when others shout louder.

03

Too many hand-offs

Separate vendors for data, AI and cloud means nobody owns the whole system.

04

Knowledge walks out

When individuals leave, what they knew leaves with them.

What you get

FAQ

Questions we hear a lot.

What is the difference between a dedicated team and staff augmentation?
With staff augmentation, individual engineers join your team and your leads manage them. A dedicated team is a complete squad with its own lead engineer, accountable to you for delivering the roadmap.
How big is a dedicated team?
Usually three to six people, depending on the product. We start with what the roadmap needs and adjust from there.
Can we hire the team later?
We are open to talking about transitions when your company is ready to build its own team, and we help with handover either way.
How is a dedicated team priced?
A monthly retainer for the squad, agreed upfront, reviewed as the team changes shape.
